AVP Tour Stop - Malibu!

Beach Volleyball in Malibu, California - it doesn't get much better than this!

The AVP tour stop in Malibu will be located on Zuma Beach, showcase the tour's top 16 teams per gender, will be run in conjunction with the 50,000 person Surf and Sport Festival!

CEO Challenges and AVP are pleased to announce the opportunity for Business Owners, CEOs, and C-Level Executives to play in a professionally organized Pro Beach Volleyball tournament just for them.  The program includes complete VIP access for two (including food & beverages in the CEO Challenges VIP area), and tournament passes all weekend.

If you are a CEO or business owner who has a passion for beach volleyball, then make sure to sign up for this event.   Players will receive plenty of court time within the round-robin tournament format, and the winner will choose the charity of choice for a donation on behalf of their fellow players.  Plus, the top finishers from this event will be invited to compete in the ‘invitation-only' CEO AVP Championship in Los Angeles in September!

What's Included in the Program

  • Professionally organized CEO AVP Challenge tournament, including reserved courts, all necessary equipment, referees to score each game, and the seeding of participants to ultimately identify the 'best two CEOs'
  •  An AVP Pro player will coach each two-person team throughout the tournament, including strategy advice, specific plays, and identifying opponent's 'weaknesses'
  • The final two CEOs will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play on Stadium Court on AVP Finals Day on Sunday, July 25, including introductions and announcements from the MC, and interviews on APVtv
  •  Two complete VIP passes for each CEO competitor; including access to the private CEO Challenges VIP area all weekend (with food and beverages), invitation to private functions, a welcome gift, and all necessary wristbands and credentials for complete access to the venue
  • CEO Welcome Dinner with the Pros on Friday, and Happy Hour on Saturday
  • Exclusive invitation to a Private Players Party on Saturday night
  • Unique CEO AVP Challenge apparel designed by Champion Systems, and gift bag including top-of-the-line polarized competition sunglasses from Zeal Optics 
  •  Specially designed trophies to the top two finishers of the CEO AVP Challenge
  • A biography on each CEO will be hosted on the CEOChallenges.com website, and in a printed program circulated at the event
  • Exclusive invitation to the top CEO AVP players to compete in Los Angeles in September at the CEO AVP Championship
  • A portion of each CEO's entry fee will be donated to the charity of choice of the CEO AVP Challenge Champion!

    Friday, July 23

    6:00pm - CEO Challenge Welcome Reception & Dinner with the Pros

    - Meet your fellow CEO AVP players, AVP executives, and pro player coaches

    - Random team assignments - pools of 4 players each

     

    Saturday, July 24

    Round 1 of CEO AVP Challenge competition - King of the Beach tournament format

    - VIP passes to watch the AVP Tournament - Men's and Women's Competitions throughout the day

    Round 2 of CEO AVP Challenge

    Round 3 of CEO AVP Challenge

    PM - CEO AVP Reception, followed by invitation to the private Players Party

     

    Sunday, July 25

    AM - Round 4 of the CEO AVP Challenge

    CEO AVP Challenge Championship Match on AVP Stadium Court

    - The Top 2 players either, A) pick a pro to play with (note, pros aren't allowed to jump) from the Coaches, or B) pick a fellow CEO competitor as partner

    - Trophies awarded to the AVP CEO Challenge Champion, and 2nd Place.

    Event Costs

    • Entry Fee: $2,250 USD CEO AVP Challenge tournament, 2 full access VIP passes for Fri-Sun, dinner Fri, Happy Hour party Sat, gifts, apparel, charity contribution, etc
    • Guest Fee: $350 USD For each additional guest (in addition to the one guest pass included)

    Eligibility

    Open to CEOs and business owners of companies with at least $1 million in annual gross revenue.   Limited to 16 players.
