YPO training camp

YPO training camp

March 25, 2010 - March 28, 2010

Sorry, but this event is now SOLD OUT !

Exclusively for YPO members, this is an early season triathlon training camp that is designed to ‘over-deliver’ to the expectations of YPO members who are preparing for the 2010 triathlon season.

The camp will be hosted in the triathlon meca of Boulder, CO (home to Craig Alexander and Chrissie Wellington), and run by 5-time world triathlon champion Simon Lessing, and olympic running coach Darren DeReuck of Boulder Coaching

YPO members that attend the camp will be given the tools necessary to ensure they will train and race at their optimum level in 2010.

This event is SOLD OUT. Use the form below to be added to the waiting list:

What's Included in the Program

  • Personal coaching from five-time world triathlon champion (and owner of more triathlon victories than any other person in history), Simon Lessing.   Simon will be supported by his renowned Boulder Coaching team - Olympic running coach Darren De Reuck, top level swim coach Lisa Lessing, and running form expert Colleen De Reuck
  • The opportunity to train where the world champions train!   Bike up Lefthand Canyon, run the Boulder Creek trail and do intervals on the Fairview High track, and swim at Flatirons Athletic Club
  • Race-day nutrition is the fourth leg of the triathlon, and for many, the most important - GI and cramping issues have ruined races for many people.   Brian Shea is an expert in identifying each individual’s nutrition needs, and will spend time analyzing each member’s pre and post-camp nutrition requirements
  • As with any CEO Challenges program, the total experience will be hassle free, first class, and members will leave with a smile on their face.   Including luxury accommodations at the St. Julien Hotel and Spa, custom designed cycling apparel, excellent food paired with fine wines, and fully supported sag vehicle for all rides
  • Members will rub elbows with some of the world’s greatest triathletes, including world champions and Olympians
  • Members will be given the option for a ‘12-week to the big race’ personal coaching program from Boulder Coaching at a special rate following the camp
  • Lots of exclusive opportunities, including meeting with the owners of up-and-coming Zeal Optics at their Boulder head office, a closed-door session with the owners of Colorado Multisport on bike fit and the latest equipment, and a catered dinner at Simon and Lisa Lessing’s home overlooking the front range mountains
