Experience one of the newest CEO Challenges for 2010 as you take part in L’Etape CEO Challenge!

On the 18th of July, riders will start at the city of Pau and climb 3 monuments of the Pyrénées : col de Marie-Blanque, col du Soulor and the giant Tourmalet. The distance will be 174 km with imposing landscapes: Plateau de Bénou, Gorges de l’Ouzom and Gorges de Luz, summit of Soulor…

This is a special, VIP package, with all the extras you would expect from a CEO Challenge, including making sure that your partners and guests are track-side to welcome you back!

What's Included in the Program

Race entry into the Etape for CEO plus one guest

Accommodation for three nights either by yourself or sharing with your guest

Event Schedule

Thursday July 15th

Afternoon – Bicycle collected from pre-arranged meeting point in the UK for transport to France.

Friday July 16th

Morning – Flight to Toulouse arranged from regional airports

Afternoon – Transfers arranged to meet each flight and transfer each CEO to the Hotel Parc Beaumont, Pau (transfer approximately 2 hours, snacks and drinks available in transit).

7pm – Welcome Drinks and briefing on weekend schedule.

8pm – 9pm – Dinner, followed by talk on “Riding the Etape”.

Saturday July 17th

8 am – 11am – Breakfast and Bike assemble – mechanic available

Noon – Group Ride to registration

2pm – group Lunch (pasta, carbs, etc)

4pm – Group ride to Hotel

5pm – 8pm – Massage / physio

Sunday July 18th – Race Day

4:30am – Athletes ride bikes to race start from the hotel (2.0 miles)

6.30 am – Spectators transported to Lourdes

7.00 am – First wave starts

CEOs finish

Recovery drinks, food, massage at finish

Transfer back to Hotel

Dinner at leisure

Awards ceremony

Monday July 19th

Transportation provided to Toulouse Airport

Event Costs

Entry Fee: $6,400 USD Based on exchange of £4,000 - CEO plus a Guest, and includes hotel accommodation, Etape entry, meals at the hotel, assistance during the event and much more

Eligibility

Must be CEO, Managing Director, or Business Owner of a company with at least 1 Million Euros in annual gross revenue.
