From 2001 to 2008 CEO Challenges offered CEO Ironman Challenge events around the World. The focus for 2009 hs changed to CEO Triathlon Challenge events, with the addition of a number of world-famous Olympic distance and Ironman 70.3 (haf Ironman) distance events.
These shorter distance triathlons should appeal to a larger number of CEOs who would have difficulty training 20 hours per week for an Ironman, while juggling running their companies, travel, and family / social commitments.
However, for those CEOs that somehow are able to pull it off, we will be offering at least one full Ironman event at Ironman Switzerland in Zurich in July, 2009.
