Aaron Wallen - Haas Insulation (Honolulu, HI)

Aaron Wallen is the President of Haas Insulation, a construction business that specializes in sprayed thermal, acoustical and fire resistive systems. The company was founded in 1970 and located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Haas Insulation serves all developed islands in the State of Hawaii, Guam and has joint ventured with firms on construction projects in Alaska. Haas Insulation is one of the oldest construction specialty firms in the State of Hawaii, and have consistently fire protected 75% of the largest new construction projects (based on permit value) in Hawaii.  As President and Owner of Haas Insulation, Aaron's primary responsibility is business development and strategic planning.

Aaron is an accomplished amateur triathlete.  He has finished the Ironman World Championship three times, including 2007 where he finished in 11:03:00.  He has also done 8 70.3 races (PR 4:34:39 in 1994), and recently completd the Lavaman Triathlon in Kona, Hawaii with a finish of 2:09:55, which earned him 2nd Place Men 35-39 and he was the 7th Overall Amature.

Aaron is supported by his wife Kathrine and their 2 children, Alex (8 years old), and Shelby (5 years old) who are both aspiring triathletes. Aaron signed up for the CEO Challnge because he was intrigued by the program and thought it would enhance his race experience. Also, he is always looking forward to meeting executives/leaders in varing industries to discover what compels them to compete in industry and on the race course.
