Andrew Duncan is CEO and Co-Owner, with his wife Vinnie, of Duncan & Co Ltd, (DCL) a Venison Marketing and Exporting Company based in Auckland, New Zealand. Established in 1989, DCL is the largest exporter of Venison to the USA, with Europe being the other major market for DUNCAN Venison.
Annual Sales are currently USD 32 million, and the DUNCAN Group has 45 employees. Andrew has extensive experience in the agrarian sector, as well as holding a position on several boards. Aged 54, with 7 children aged 7 - 18, Andrew has completed 5 Ironman Triathlons , all in New Zealand,(with a PB of 11.40) along with occasional other triathlons and marathons. For Andrew, exercise is an integral part of his daily routine, and the challenge of competing in Ironman outside of New Zealand via the CEO Challenge programme fits in well with the opportunity to visit DCL customers in Europe and the USA.
