Arthur Lorenzini, Jr. is the President of Claremont Homes, Inc, an investment real estate builder/developer that has built over 1000 homes from 1986 to 1998. Now the company is focused on land development and the building of investment real estate properties. The company is now becoming a family company, with Art's children entering the business and joining Claremont Homes.

Arthur was active in high school, earning 9 letters in football, basketball, and tennis. While attending school at UCLA, Arthur severely injured his knee, which would change the face of his athletic career. The knee injury grew worse into his 40's, when it became too arthritic to run or play any impact sports. At the suggestion of his surgeon, he took up swimming and cycling. After participating in his first triathlon, Arthur's knee collapsed and need to be replaced. This surgery has allowed him the possibility of doing an Ironman race, which has been a goal of Arthurs.

Ever since seeing the Ironman on the Wide World of Sports, Arthur has wanted to do an Ironman, and through CEO Challenges, he is going to do the one and only Ironman his knee will let him do. Arthur is supported by his wife Mary Beth, and their three grown children, as well as four grand children.
