Jay Bower - Crossbow Group, LLC (Westport, CT)
Jay Bower is the President and CEO of Crossbow Group, a full-service marketing and communications agency with expertise in developing high impact programs that drive measurable results across the entire spectrum of communications media. He's led strategic and tactical engagements with over 275 companies ranging from Fortune 500 multinationals to start-ups. He has also served as Vice President and co-founder of the e-business consultancy Prescients, where he helped craft online strategies for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Gartner Group, Media Metrix and Cendant (Century 21). Jay is also a published author, having co-written The Official Guide to One-Write Plus (Amazon sales rank 2,362,943!)
Jay is a runner as well as a triathlete. He's run four marathons with a best time of 3:28 in the 2006 Chicago Marathon. His fastest Olympic-length triathlon was a 2:30 this year and he completes his first half Ironman (Nutmeg ½ IM in Washington, CT) this year in a time of 6:05. His is supported by his wife of 15 years, Sarah and their children: Haley, 11; Katie, 9; and Tyler, 6.
