Julian Coiner - Agent 007 Real Estate (Frederick, MD)
Julian A. Coiner is the CEO and Broker at Agent 007 Real Estate, a Commercial Real Estate Firm in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area. Julian owned advertising agency, S2 Media for 15 years prior to starting Agent 007 Real Estate. The commercial and investment real estate group has seen tremendous growth since its inception. Julian follows his mantra (If you're not living on the edge...you're taking up too much space!) in both work and sport, and finds a similiar focus and drive allow his to succeed in both business and triathlon.
Julian has been involved in Triathlons for only a few short years. He started after turning 41 and went from 225 pounds to 160 pounds in 2007 while training for Ironman Florida. He finished this race in 11:51:23 and got to share this accomplishment with his wife as they crossed the finish line! He is excited about pushing his new frame to the edge in California Ironman 2008.
Julian has been married to Maya for 15 years and has two children Julian-13 (who is also a young triathlete) and Armani-12. For the past six years, Julian has taken his son on his Harley Davidson for a 10,000 mile adventure through National Parks and different parts of the US. Last year Julian took two of his friends and their 12 year old sons - Wild Hogs Part 2 with kids! Julian also enjoys taking clients on adventures like his yearly one day trip across the Grand Canyon rim to rim in just under eleven hours!
