CEO Challenges

Michael Arnstein created Market Organization in 1999 as an internet start up company within the diamond, gemstone and jewelry industry located in New York City. The company was started as a one man opperation and has grown to over 30 full time employees which at the core is a software development company that opperates B2B and B2C internet/intranet websites. Michael's role is long term business development goals within the New York and Mumbai offices.

Michael has lead an athletic life from early in life -- Michael ran for his high school cross county and track and field teams, and ran his first marathon at the age of 17 (and ran Boston when he was 18.) His marathon PR is 2:34:19. He picked up his athletic lifestyle again in 2006 when he stopped working 70+ hour weeks and replaced that time with working out a lot! He has finished 5 Ironman races (with 3 finishes in Hawaii) with a PR of 9:38, as well as a 50 mile race, and 60K run.

Michael is excited for the CEO Challenge for the challenge, as well as the chance to meet fellow CEOs who live a similar lifestyle -- commited to health, professional goals and an active lifestyle. He is supported by his wife Victoria of 9 years, and their three children. The entire family is 100% vegan.
