Michael Ochstein - Price Realty Corporation (Addison, TX)
Mike Ochstein founded Price Realty Corporation, an investment & management firm, in 1991. Price builds long-term alliances with investors to capitalize on favorable market conditions for investing in multi-family properties. Price currently owns and operates over 4,300 multi-family units in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Mike graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Community Development Planning.
Mike started out as a "weekend warrior" but started racing triathlons four years ago. He raced the New Zealand Ironman in March 2006, which was shortened due to weather, and then completed his first Ironman in Couer d'Alene in June 2006 in 11:53. In June 2007, he competed in the Honu Half Ironman and qualified for a spot in the 70.3 World Championship in Clearwater, FL. He has no plans to slow down anytime soon. Mike is looking forward to the CEO Challenge to have the opportunity to network with and compete against others that share my passion for success in business and in life.
Mike is supported by his wife Ann, and sons Schaffer 13 and Jonathan 10, who are his biggest supporters and participate in Dallas' annual Turkey Trot run/walk with Mike each Thanksgiving.
