Paolo Ceci - My One Hotel (Parma, Italy)
Paolo Ceci is the CEO of My One Hotel. In 1990 he start working in the family company (as developer and project manager) and for the first years he followed the real estate branch to develop several projects in Italy and France. Now as the CEO of My One Hotel, his attention is more on development and managing Dubai projects.
Paolo has a background in cycling, and has competed in the Tronday Oslo (540 km). As a triathlete, he has competed in 8 Ironman Events: Nice, Klagenfurt, Frankfurt, and Zurich.
Paolo is supported by his children, Beatrice and Alfredo, and he hopes that their future is also in triathlon. He is competing the in CEO Challenge because he loves the sport; he loves Ironman competition and he thinks that doing it while he's travelling for a job is more difficult than a pro who lives for that. He also competes to show his company that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
