Kimray manufactures quality valves and controls for the oil & gas industry world wide. Kimray's extensive line of products have set the standard for innovation, economy, and reliability by an on-going commitment to meeting the growing needs of the oil & gas producers, transports, and distributors.
Thomas has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and is a co-owner of the company as well as head of manufacturing. Thomas has been married 21 years to Rebecca, and they have 6 Children: Thomas Austin IV (13), Jackson Riley (11), Harrison Carter (9), Grace Ann (7), Preston Garrett (5), Christian Kimmell (3)
Thomas is Co-Founder & President of the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon, Founder and President of the Redman Triathlon, Founder and President of the Mother Road 100, and Founder and President of Great Plains Race Syndicate.
He enjoys his family, running, graphic arts and being at Kimray. Thomas has completed 27 marathons (3:09 PR) a 100 mile road race (finished under 24 hours) and an ironman (unfortunate 14 hour finish, but did have the stomach flu).
His personal goal is to never become complacent, to stay awake and fully engaged at all times.
Thomas signed up for the CEO Challenge to add another level of competition to the marathon, to donate to a worthy cause, and let's be honest, to get VIP treatment at a race with 45000 participants!
