Vince is the CEO and co-founder of Kona HR Consulting Group, a human resources outsourcing and consulting firm. Kona HR specializes in starting up as well as managing HR activities for hedge funds and private equity firms. He began his career working in the White House in the Carter Administration, moved to Aetna Financial Services, and was a partner at Hewitt Associates for 21 years before co-founding Kona HR Consulting Group in 2005.

Vince's athletic background was highlighted by playing NCAA Division One baseball and being inducted into The Catholic University of America's Sports Hall of Fame. More recently, Vince's highlights include finishing Ironman Brazil in 2002 in 10:14, and just narrowly missing a Kona slot. He has competed in dozens of marathons and triathlons, and 11 Ironman races, including the CEO Challenge events at Ironman USA Lake Placid in 2006, Ironman South Africa and Ironman Hawaii in 2007.

He and his wife, Sarah, have five children ranging in age from 4 months to 20 years old. Vince earned his Kona slot in 2007 at the CEO Challenge at Ironman South Africa.
