There are literally hundreds of people who call themselves triathlon coaches. Some have performed well at the age group level, and some used to be elite athletes.

However, there is only one person that has won five triathlon world championship titles - Simon Lessing. And now Simon has teamed up with Olympic running coach Darren De Reuck and former elite swimmer Lisa Lessing to offer their services to people who are interested in improving their performance, staying injury free, and getting faster!
