  • Expert advice by the CEO Challenges team - we have been coming to the St. Croix triathlon since 1999, and will help you work your way around the island, and the race site
  • Guaranteed entry into the St. Croix Ironman 70.3 (1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike, 13.1-mile run) - www.stcroixtriathlon.com

Event Schedule

Thursday, Apr 29
  • Arrive at the St. Croix airport (STX), and be welcomed by a CEO Challenge representative who will arrange for your transportation to the Buccaneer Hotel
  • PM – Mechanic on site at the Hotel to unpack and build up bikes
  • 5:30pm - At the Buccaneer - CEO Welcome Reception, followed by Dinner with the Pros (6:30pm), including introduction of CEO participants, pro athletes, and CEO Challenge staff
  Friday, April 30
  • AM – Mechanic on site
  • 10:30am – Transportation leaves for Christiansted race site for organized training swim, pre-race registration and athlete check-in, plus trip to check out ‘The Beast’.   Lunch included.
  • 6pm – 9pm – Transportation to / from Christiansted for the St. Croix Ironman 70.3 “Jump Up” Carbo Party - each CEO receives two $15 tickets to dine at the restaurant of their choice.   CEO Challenge will reserve tables at the Savant for those interested (incremental cost)

Saturday, May 1
  • 11:00am – Race and spectator strategy lunch at the Hotel
  • 12:30pm – Transportation to / from Christiansted for the mandatory course talk and race briefing
  • 6:00pm - Pre-race dinner at the Buccaneer

Sunday, May 2 - RACE DAY!
  • 4:30am – Athletes ride bikes to race start from the hotel (1.5 miles) – gear is transported for the CEOs
  • 5:30am – Spectators transported to Christiansted
  • 5:50am – Mandatory picture of CEOs in racing uniforms in front of the CEO Challenge bike rack in the transition area
  • 6:00am – Swim to the race start
  • 6:30am – Pro wave starts
  • 2:00pm – Transportation provided by boat from race site to hotel (also at 3:00pm)
  • PM – Mechanic helps take apart bikes and pack them for shipping
  • 4:30pm - CEO Awards Reception at the Hotel, including awarding of trophies and trading of 'war stories'
  • 6pm – 8pm – Transportation to / from the Awards Banquet and Beach Bar-B-Q at Divi Carina Bay Resort

Monday, May 3
  • Transportation provided to the St. Croix airport for flight home, or...
  • Option - stay and volunteer for the Mission Tri Day of Service at the Boys & Girls Club of St. Croix, followed by a Sunset Cruise.

Event Costs

  • Entry Fee: $4,800 USD All inclusive for two

Eligibility

Open to the Business Owner, CEO, President of companies with at least $1.5 million in annual gross revenue (C-Suite Executives of companies with at least $3 million are also invited to take part)
